PayPros started working with Dale Martin and DocuFrog in June of 2013. Over the course of the next six months, DocuFrog was instrumental in reviewing all of our document infrastructure and processes, guiding us through the process of terminating our previous contract and advising on negotiations for renewal of a new contract.
Upon our renewal, DocuFrog enabled us to save over $27,000 in our document costs, while providing our management with necessary information to ensure our new contract was complete and comprehensive. Document management is an industry that requires extensive knowledge of systems and providers, and Dale's specific knowledge allowed for easy navigation of the landscape with minimal time spent internally.
